The FFA membership year is from September 1 to August 31.  It is time to for all members to pay their annual FFA dues in the amount of $10.00.  Please try to get these dues paid by October 19, 2010.

Members wishing to show broilers in the San Antonio, Houston, or Austin Shows need to order their chicks through Mr. Hancock by October 8, 2010.  This year you may order 25, 50, or 75 chicks for San Antonio and 25, 50, or 75 chicks for Houston/Austin.  The cost will be $1.25/chick.  Please make checks payable to Caldwell FFA.  Look on the TAMU Poultry Science website under youth programs for more information:  http://posc.tamu.edu

Caldwell FFA members can now earn a CHS letterman jacket through their SAE and FFA activities.  Members may become eligible for a jacket their Junior or Senior year.  Please talk to one of the chapter officers for more information.
