The Annual  BBQ cook-off and Auction will be held on June 11, 2011.  Teams from across the state participate in this cook-off.  This is the primary fundraiser for the Booster Club.  Community members show support  by entering cooking teams, serving as Judges, donating auction items, and bidding during the auction.  FFA members help organize the event and keep everything running smoothly.  The cook-off will take place behind the Burleson County Saddle Club Arena and the Judging will be in the Expo Center on the Fairgrounds.
